You spend a lifetime accumulating treasures, trinkets and memories. All that “stuff” can make downsizing feel like a monumental endeavor, and the stress can affect your health. This fun interactive presentation explores why stuff can feel so important and shares easy-to-follow tips on decluttering and downsizing, from the four-pile sort to distributing legacy items.
Kris Hollstrom, the workshop’s leader, recognizes how difficult it can be to make changes in our lives, yet these changes could offer a sense of freedom. You’ll be encouraged to choose a strategy, get started and seek help in the effort. People of all ages are invited.
